Interpersonal People Skills
How well do you get along with others? Employers look at people skills and customer services as being the top two overall skills needed in the workplace. Interpersonal people skills are patterns of behavior and behavior interactions, among people, and are the building blocks of customer service in the workplace.
People skills are defined in three key areas:

Personal Effectiveness using Communication and Empathy. Effectively display communication skills (verbal and written), understand, and empathize.

Interaction Skills with Respectful Interaction! Effectively interact with others respectfully and develop a productive working relationship to minimize conflict and maximize productivity and rapport.

Intercession Skills building Sincerity and Trust! Build sincerity and trust, moderate behaviors (less impulsive) enhance your ability to interact respectfully and agreeable.
